When Airway saw the opportunity to expand sales channels beyond the OEM markets that were the bulk of their hydraulic fittings business, they knew they needed to think differently about the sales process.
The hydraulics manufacturer provided custom spec quotes for customers but relied on a manual process that was email-based and didn’t provide a mechanism for customer inquiries. Vervint helped Air-Way develop an e-commerce channel that is responsive, automated and able to satisfy a growing roster of customers.

Elevating an Ordering Experience
Vervint created a custom e-commerce solution that integrated sales with a customer portal. Created with Microsoft and open-source technologies, the solution features a mobile responsive catalog and custom integration of existing systems to better leverage data.
A new quote management tool provided customers with automated email notifications and the ability to quickly view the status of custom quotes from the customer portal.
The marketing, e-commerce and quote management system now serves as a growing sales channel for Air-Way, and the foundation of future innovation with Vervint.
