Lisa started at Vervint in 2019 and has since become the CEO and President of the organization. Her diverse background spans from entrepreneurial endeavors to large enterprises. She understands what it takes to roll up her sleeves and get it done and thinks strategically regarding navigating complex environments. The last 15 years of her career have been directly connected to leading sales strategy and driving sales effectiveness.
Lisa was the Founder and CEO of Revved Results, Inc., specializing in the Executive Suites industry, working with owners to increase revenue and profitability by incorporating high-impact ROI sales and marketing strategies. She took a 360 approach with her clients to grow their businesses with unprecedented results in record time. The key differentiator was her ability to effectively partner to create recommendations with step-by-step action plans. Lisa was also editor-in-chief of Executive Suite Success, an industry publication that included thought leadership from top industry consultants and owners. She was awarded Associate Member of the Year by the Global Workspace Association for her contributions to the industry.
She has also held various leadership positions at Thomson Reuters based in Eagan, MN, including Director of Sales Enablement. She built a CRM Center of Excellence, managing a global Salesforce.com instance and aligning best-in-class enterprise lead-to-cash processes.
Most recently, Lisa was Senior Director of Sales Operations at Stratasys, the global leader in additive manufacturing technology. She was responsible for new selling motions to improve go-to-market capability.

She is based in Minneapolis, MN, with her husband and son Rio. Despite the blustery winters, she loves Minnesota and the variety of all four seasons! Her family can be found “up north” on many summer weekends doing very Minnesotan-cabin activities.
