Our client was an early adopter of IoT, introducing the idea of connected tire inflators, which can work even as the vehicle is in motion, as a method for improving fleet management at scale. However, the web-based IoT platform was challenging to maintain and difficult to scale. The company needed a well-architected, fully cloud-based system to improve cost control and scalability to accommodate rapid future growth, all without disrupting their current customers.
